What started as a father’s dream to spend more time with his kids quickly became one of Denver’s favorite cafes. After years of traveling the world for business, Touhami returned home and began building something close to his heart: a French Moroccan café rooted in culture, hospitality, family, and great food.

Built by Family, Inspired by Heritage
Touhami didn’t do it alone. He brought in his daughter Miriam and son Jamil to help design, promote, and grow the café. Together, they poured love into every detail—from the counters to the menu—and in June 2017, the doors opened with a line out the front and pastries flying off the shelves. Café Miriam has been ranked by Yelp as Best Brunch Restaurant in Colorado two years in a row!
